The 90-Day Giving Challenge is an opportunity for you to partner with First Century and make an impact locally, nationally, & even globally! From gathering on Sundays, to meeting the needs of students & families at our local partner schools and reaching our immediate community, to helping fund new churches getting started, to supporting global missions projects, there is so much First Century does on a regular basis! The 90-Day Giving Challenge will run from July 1 – September 30, 2026. Whether you have never given a penny to a church before or you have been a generous giver for years, there is a way for anyone to challenge themselves over the next 90 days, and you can choose the option that’s a challenge for you. Below are the 4 levels to choose from and an explanation of what each level means:
We are not issuing this challenge because the church is struggling financially or to pad the bank account or to give anyone a raise. We do this challenge regularly – this is the 4th one in the nearly-12-yr history of the church. This is simply an avenue to challenge each individual to grow in this important spiritual discipline. This discipline is right in line with others such as Bible reading, prayer, worship, church attendance, etc. It is part of the maturing life of a growing follower of Jesus. The goal is that this would not just be a 3-month trial, but a simply a kickstart to a new/renewed, consistent way of living and giving.
The best part of this challenge is it includes a money-back guarantee. The only time in the Bible where God says we can test Him is in the area of tithes and offerings (Malachi 3:10). If after this 90 days you aren’t convinced that your monies have really made a difference and/or that God supplied your needs, you can request a full refund of anything you’ve given within the dates of the challenge that can connected to you (check or envelope with your name on it), and we will refund it to you.
